    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I had zucchizza for lunch today. Crust was zucchini, cheese, and an egg. Toppings were green pepper, tomato, hot sauce, and mustard.

      I did 2 small zucchini shredded, about 1/2 cup mozzarella, maybe 1/8 cup Parmesan and some garlic powder. Squished the liquid out of the zucchini. Stirred in an egg and microwave for a minute before spreading onto the pan to bake.

      Sounds like the fathead recipe is quite variable. Your zucchini recipe is similar. Bet you could use almost any vegetable if it can be shredded. I've not made these sorts of recipes myself, but they also seem to have a base in the fathead base.

      I keeptelling myself that I need to try a keto diet for a little while, but I'd never be able to give up potatoes!

    This was my lunch today. Low carb wrap with cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon, and rotisserie seasoned chicken sandwich meat with salsa, guacamole, queso, and tortilla chips. I tried really hard to eat it all but that wasn’t happening.
